1. Acceptance of Terms

By using GrowLytics, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. GrowLytics is operated by PromotixDigito, Rawalpindi, Pakistan.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use GrowLytics only for lawful purposes. You may not use the platform to:

• Submit URLs you do not own or have authorization to manage
• Attempt to manipulate search engine rankings through deceptive means
• Abuse the API or attempt to circumvent credit limits
• Share API credentials or account access with unauthorized parties

3. Google API Compliance

GrowLytics uses Google Search Console and Google Analytics APIs under the Google APIs Terms of Service. By connecting your Google account, you confirm you own or have authorized access to the connected properties. You must not use these integrations to access data you are not authorized to view.

4. Credits and Billing

Credits are purchased and consumed as described on the pricing page. Credits never expire. Credits are non-transferable between accounts. We reserve the right to modify credit costs with 30 days notice. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Service Availability

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for losses caused by service unavailability.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their account at any time from settings.
