GrowLytics automatically refunds credits when an operation fails before completing. For example, if a URL submission fails before reaching any search engine, the credit cost is automatically returned to your balance immediately.
If you are not satisfied with your subscription within the first 7 days of your first paid plan, contact us at hello@theimagetotext.com for a full refund. This applies to your first subscription only.
Email hello@theimagetotext.com with your account email and the reason for the refund request. We process refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support within 30 days of the charge. We investigate all billing disputes and respond within 48 hours.
